Levi Ross

I'm sure you have all heard the news...Levi Ross Gaines was born Sept 9th at 4:57pm!! Talan is a wonderful big brother. He looks for Levi every morning and is concerned about him when he's crying. I've never seen any jealousy out of Talan, except when James is home. Talan wants all of daddy's attention when he comes home from work, but that was occurring pre-Levi.

Levi is doing good too. He is such an awful eater. He seems to be hungry all of the time. We're trying new things; such as giving him breastmilk from a bottle to see how much he really is eating. I've even given him formula just to make sure he's "topped off." Unlike Talan, he loves his pacifier. If he's not on the breast or sleeping, the paci is in his mouth. His sleeping habits are improving. He will sleep in his bed (in our room) for most of the night...waking up every 3 hours or so to eat. He takes very short naps during the day, which leaves me no time for housekeeping or Talan. James didn't dirty a single dish yesterday, yet he was stuck cleaning them all after getting home at 7:45pm. He is such a wonderful husband & daddy.
